The Inquiry takes place at the University of California, Berkeley's Pauley Ballroom and marks the beginning of the Oakland Seven (7) Conspiracy Trail. Terence Hallinan, San Francisco Attorney chairing the meeting as the Commission's advocate, introduces Mr. Cloke.
