He critiques the Rockefeller panel, asserting that it did not investigate CIA operations either abroad or at home. Stone points to the paranoid psychological makeup which leads many to become spys, and uses J. Edgar Hoover as an example of how far the psychologically unstable can go in the business. He also points to the tendency of intelligence agencies to provide information which will find favor with their bosses. End with a question and answer session. Contains sensitive language.
