Short interview with Jim Corbet from Tuscons sanctuary movement, a radical church based movement. Speech by Jim Corbet about the crusade that sought to protect refugees from El Salvador. Corbet descibes his and the other workers efforts in the modern underground railroadm that came out of the Reagan administration's refugee policy, that was part of the military strategy. Corbet details how if a refugee fears persecution he or she can't be sent back to their native country. The workers in the sanctuary movement perform acts of civil disobediance.
