Hoaworth talks about the political conditions in England that have encouraged mobilization and his efforts to encourage some mobilization in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union, although this is problematic. The second part of the program includes an update on anti nuclear campaign in Germany (western) and guest Edith Langer and Chris Brun, both journalists from Frankfurt Regional Radio discuss conditions in Germany that made organizers efforts less successful than in England.
