The topic is the legal case of Carol Downer and Ginny Cassidy-Brinn, two women's healthcare activists from Los Angeles involved with Women Acting to Combat Harassment (WATCH), who were arrested in Tallahassee, Florida for undertaking an unannounced consumer inspection of the maternity unit at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in 1977.
