<br />Seven million American workers are exposed daily to levels of noise on the job that are enough to cause high blood pressure and loss of hearing. This program is an investigation of the dangers of noise in the workplace, compiled from the testimony of workers, doctors, and specialists in occupational health. It also explores the non-auditory as well as auditory damage that can be caused by noise, and the impact of the 1970 occupational safety and health act.
