Report and actuality of an anti-Vietnam War moratorium held in New York City.|JULIAN BOND| Produced by Robert Hinton. - CONTENT: Recording of the 52 annual meeting of the American Council of Education held in Washington DC, circa 1969. Robert Hinton gives the introduction and indicates that the ACE is the estbalishment of American higher education. Julian Bond was a black senator from Georgia and was invited to address the prestigious gathering. The theme for the meeting was, "The Campus and the Racial Crisis". Bond states that the race relations crisis on college campuses reflects the larger crisis in the country and around the world. Bond's speech is 20 minutes in length. - Recorded circa 1969.
