Daniel Sheehan, attorney for the Christic Institute, discribes how President Bush empowers himself as an acting President. Under Reagan, Bush headed a variety of anti-terroist and drug task forces which set up a hierarchy of power for the CIA to follow thorugh. He goes one to discuss the new CIA Chief, Robert Gates, who committed perjury three times in his confirmation hearings. He denied knowing about Iran-Contra arms funding.
