pbcoreAnnotation:
I (HRL on 2014-11-24) concluded that the date of this program was Monday, December 11, 1978 after listening to the program: Duckle promotes her upcoming talk at Stanford on Tuesday, January 9th (which would have occurred in 1979), they speak of political figures Dmitriy Ustinov (Minister of Defense from 1976-1984), U.S. Ambassador to the Soviet Union Toon (office held from 1976-1979), and U.S. President Carter (in office 1977-1981); and because host Mandel states that he already has a guest scheduled for the following week's show, and that the next two weeks following that are Christmas and New Years, all of which leads this program to have a date of December 11, 1978.
