Except for its award winning Hollywood resurrections, the agony of experience in Vietnam and the return home is quietly born by those who were there. Out of the public eye, many suffer from unemployability, chemical poisoning, and tremedous psychological problems - not to mention the ones that are maimed for life. In response to these conditions, veteranms self help organizations have sprung up across the country.
