CONTENT: Opens with two Reserve Unit soldiers critcizing the training they receive. Next is the result of a WBAI study into the effetiveness of the Reserve Force Act of 1955. What follows is a series of interviews with officers, inlisted men, and civilians, who discuss the program. Officers defend the program as a professional branch of the service, while the soldiers feel it does not include real military training. John Graham, a New York attorny, discusses his published criticisms of the Army Reserve.
