Discussion on trial of Assata Shakur, who was kept in solitary confinement for two years before her trial in New Jersey. Hinds was summoned from the Bar association and refused to go saying that what he had said in the press undermined the judicial system. Produced by WBAI. Recorded on June 6, 1979.
