Earl Ofari of KPFK talks to city officials, real estate people, homeowners, renters and bankers about city services, red-lining, maintenance and other topics that affect property values. Subjects interviewed for this program include Joseph Mayfield, a prominent Inglewood realtor; Ralph Webb, deputy budget director for the City of Inglewood; Chester Washington, prominent local newspaper publisher; Lee Weinstein, mayor of Inglewood; Wendell Henderson, president of Exclusive Properties Realty Company; Tony Frank, president of the Savings & Loan Corporation; and anonymous Inglewood residents.
