Vine Deloria suggests that the Lakota should return to raising buffalo, and bankrupt farmers should deed their land to the Lakotas. The battle for the return of the Black Hills will continue in the legal arena, but will also continue within the Lakota themselves. The goals are to strengthen families, strengthen tribal government, a clean up the reservation, return to old ways, and educate the youth. - RECORDED: 1992.
