CONTENT: Don Ngubeni is the Director of Radio Freedom. Formed in 1960 to counter the propanganda of the government of South Africa, it broadcasts into South Africa on short wave stations located in the in the anti-apartheid countries of Angola, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Tanzania and Zambia.
