CONTENT: Ray Gatchalian, an Oakland California fire captain and Vietnam veteran, talks about his anti-war, pro-peace activities. He is making a videotape about El Salvadorian peasants effected by 10 years of war. He also brings burn victims from El Salvador for treatment in the Bay area, and asks everyone to participate at their own level. RECORDED: 1991.
