Author discusses his research into the questionable conclusions of the Warren Commission.|ANATHOMY OF AN INQUEST / Edward Epstein| interviewed by Elsa Knight thompson| introduced by Frank Nelspah. - Edward Epstein, author of Anathomy of an Inquest, discusses his research into the questionable conclusions of the Warren Commission concerning the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. He pays particular attention to the mechanics of the Warren Commission. He challenges the single assassination theory through examination of the Zapruder film, and how the Commission was pressured by time to ignore any potential comspiracy argument. There are contradictions between FBI reports and the Warrent Commission, which have created tensions between official truth and factual truth. The government, he concludes, is concerned not with factual truth but with concluding the investigation. - BROADCAST: KPFA, 10 Aug. 1966.
