Dora Maria Tellez is the Deputy Chair of the Sandinista Caucus in the Nicaraguan Parliament, a former guerilla leader in the war for liberation and former Minister of Health in the Sandinista government. Victor Tirado Lopez is the National Director of the National Sandinista Liberation Front.
