Documentary which examines the impact of the November 15, 1988 Palestine National Council declaration of an independent Palestinian State in the Israeli-occupied territories. In the two years since that declaration little has changed for most Palestinians. The program examines the life of Palestinians on the West Bank and Gaza, as well as in the United States.
